Tomorrow Is Another Day

Twenty Nine and a half drawn meditations on recovery, begun following surgery for breast cancer in late 2022. A lunar month is approximately 29.5 days. They might be viewed as moons or suns either rising or setting, invoking thinking on recovery and healing as a daily practice.

The drawings are being allowed, like scars, to soften and change with the passing of time and are not for sale.

Inks used in surgery: Chlorhexidine, Prevase Stain, Methylene Blue, Videne Surgical Scrub
