FLACK - more than a magazine
With the help of many people I was honoured to be part of founding FLACK and leading the team as Creative Director from 2010 - 2013.
FLACK was an award winning charitable social enterprise involving homeless people in all aspects of producing a vibrant monthly what’s on listings magazine for Cambridge, written by members of the city’s homeless community (not just sold by them). FLACK left labels at the door and grew the hope and confidence needed to break the cycle of homelessness.
Sadly in 2014 FLACK closed its doors - the work lives on in the lives of all those who contributed their creativity and time.
Every issue of FLACK Magazine is available at any of the 6 copyright Libraries across the UK and Ireland. Some videos are also available on You Tube
